We are all accustomed to the traditional way of being treated by a doctor, which includes slotting an appointment, visiting the hospital or clinic, getting written prescriptions etc. Docon transformed the conventional process and convinced experienced doctors to switch from manual tasks to digital.
However to get doctors and their patients to understand the technology was a challenge.
To build awareness, understanding, and credibility, we created informational videos to introduce the new features and products to doctors. We dissected the information in a simple, and effective to ensure the communication is easily understood by everyone.
